It's a research about the coca leaf properties:

Se identificaron los metabolitos secundarios presentes en la hoja de Erythroxylum coca procedente de la región del chapare por medios de una marcha fitoquímica.
Entre los biomoléculas identificadas se encuentran los alcaloides, flavonoides y saponinas en una alta concentración, taninos antraquinonas, antocianidinas en menor concentración.

I couldn't find an actual definition of "phytochemical screening" in English, but I found one in Spanish that mentions both "marcha" and "screening":

El estudio sistemático de una droga vegetal de la que se conocen usos populares o descripciones de toxicidad se puede realizar desde diferentes enfoques: etnofarmacognóstico, farmacológico, microbiológico, toxicológico y fitoquímico. Este último tiene como finalidad aislar e identificar los diferentes tipos de compuestos que biosintetiza la planta (los que podrán tener o no alguna actividad o toxicidad), y recibe el nombre de screening fitoquímico, tamizaje fitoquímico, marcha fitoquímica o estudio fitoquímico sistemático.

Definitivamente por las caracteristicas del ensayo conocido como marcha fitoquímica, lo que más se ajusta en inglés es "screening", pues la "marcha" es una especie de tamizaje de los contenidos de una planta.
