Das neue Lohngruppenmodell ist in vielseitiger Hinsicht ein Gewinn für den Standort Brilon. Wir stellen uns durch eine transparente und verständliche Lohngruppenstruktur intern sowie extern modern und zukunftsgerichtet auf. Eine wesentliche Verbesserung ist außerdem die Umwandlung der bisherigen Zulagen in einen neuen und dementsprechend höheren Grundlohn, sodass auch die bisherigen Zulagen an zukünftigen Tariferhöhungen teilnehmen. Payment according to the wage model is made in return for the work done in connection with the professional experience of each employee. § 1 Scope of Application
This Company Agreement applies to all wage earners of the companies at the Brilon site, including commercial and technical assistants and trainees, as well as part-time employees, with the exception of apprentices.
§ 2 Introduction of the New Wage Model
The Plant Management and the Works Council agree that the new wage model will apply to all employees listed in the Scope of Application with effect from 01.01.2022. New hires will also be classified directly into the new wage groups from 01.01.2022 in accordance with Appendix A-1.

We make use of appropriate technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your data that is stored with us against manipulation, total or partial loss, and unauthorised access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in keeping with technological developments.
You should always keep your log in data confidential and close the browser window once you end communication with us, particularly where you share the computer with others.

30. Your rights
You can object to data processing at any time. You also have the following rights:
Right to information: You have the right to request access to your personal data stored by us free of charge at any time when we process it. What do I do?
I translate marketing documents, product descriptions, service descriptions, company profiles and press releases – essentially, any document which aims to sell something.
I also translate business contracts, rental contracts, terms and conditions and user manuals.
My philosophy?
A good translation shouldn't sound like a translation – it should sound like a natural original and that is what I deliver – every time.
How do I do that?
After crafting the translation with great care and attention to detail, I read through it twice to ensure accuracy and then, where possible, I use the Microsoft Word add-in, PerfectIt, to ensure consistency of spelling, punctuation and grammar through the translation.
