I am a En Kr translator.
I already had an Old En Kr dictionary.

I use Naver's online dictionary for my translation work. If, for some reason, you need a paper version, the only one I've found that is remotely close to adequate for translation work is Minjung's, though it isn't cheap.

Generally every major portal has one, but of varying quality.

I recommend

http://www.wordreference.com/
and
https://glosbe.com/

Glosbe provides TM matches which can be very useful.
