I'm translating an employment contract from the Spanish National Employment Institute and there's a paragraph reading: "En el supuesto del contrato para sustituir a trabajadores en formación por trabajadores beneficiarios de prestaciones por desempleo, el trabajador desempleado contratado percibirá la prestación contributiva o el subsidio por desempleo a que tenga derecho por el 50% de la cuantía..."
