"Beide Sinus geringfuegig verschattet, am ehesten im Sinne von Schwarten."
I take it that "Sinus" means constodiaphragmatic recess. Would saying '[pleural] thickening' make sense for Schwarte?
Or are they referring to sth else?

As Ingeborg already suggested in her references: pleural thickening is IMO correct, but Schwarte is a really strong German term to describe it, so maybe to reflect this: --> scarring

According to the description here and the illustration, I think pleural thickening might well be the term.
