On a Spanish patient discharge report, under the medical history for a 75 yr-old man, it states
- consumo de tabaco (3 años paquete)
- consumo de etanol (80 gramos alcohol dia): bebe 1/3 botella de 75cm3 de whisky
I assume the "3 años paquete" and "bebe 1/3 botella " are formulae for consumption, but I don't understand them (he is clearly a serious smoker/drinker so one packet every 3 yrs isn't a possibility!) and can't find an English (UK) equivalent.
