Dear XXX,
xxx delayed payment of the 12,9PLN based on significant omissions in information provision by ADP to the new accountants engaged by xxx, which was due to occur as part of the agreed hand-over process between the previous and the newly appointed accountants. While these and other items relating to ADPs work were not completed to a level deemed satisfactory by the management of xxx, the company is willing to make a final settlement payment of 12,9PLN, without prejudice or omission of any guilt, so as to bring this matter to an end thereby preventing the needless incurring of unnecessary legal fees and the wasteful use of the Court’s time.
