| I was just wondering whether this might be the right translation. But aren't voluntary statements the statements by which you self incriminate yourself? Isn't a dichiarazione spontanea something more general, i.e. something that you want to add in order to amend or clarify a point after being questioned by the Prosecutor and/or your Defense Counsel? Thank you for your input in any case. |
