I have "check that the equipotential bonding line has been implemented" but I would like to check this as I am not an electrical specialist and this is one of 2 technical sentences in an otherwise non-technical translation, which I will also flag up to the client for checking! TIA for any help.

: Yes, and I would say '...is in place' or'...has been installed/fitted'. Note that strictly speaking 'bonding' is a different part of speech, and what you need here would be '...bond'; but it would be better to use bonding and re-phrase around it.

These are the standardized terms I known as electrical engineer as well.
Discussion
1) We wouldn't refer to this ias a 'line' — the 'liaison' is in fact the 'bond' itself, but see my comments below about re-phrasing so you can use 'bonding' which is better here.
2) I wouldn't use 'implemented' — the s/t doesn't say 'mise en œuvre', for example: 'réalisé' here just means 'done' in essence! You don't 'implement' a light-bulb — you 'fit' it.
