Thanks for tyring to help! I guess the problem is when it comes to a doc saying it "as it comes", without regard for formal terminology.

I phoned 11 colleagues (here in ITaly) from a cardiologist to neurologist, with just about anu spec. in between, including a dermatologist: no-one has a slightest clu!

all say: mai sentito!

So, I guess just use the famous "common sense" and put "lying possum" (joking:))).

Inability to get up from the floor

In my opinion, here the meaning of "stasi" is to stay on the ground without the ability to get up.
