System description
This user’s manual covers the Curing oven heating plant.
The function of the curing oven is to press together the ***loose layer of raw wool*** to a desired thickness, and keep it there while hot air is blown through the wool, for curing of the binder which is in the wool.
After the curing the wool web is shape-permanent, relatively strong, and has a good modules etc. to obtain the required finished products.
By blowing hot air through the wool it cures.

"Loose layer" est ce qui me pose question. Je ne pense pas qu'on parle de bourre ici.
J'ai pensé à : matelas de fibres de laine brute, qui va être pressé entre 2 convoyeurs
