From a Cardiac report of patient undergoing coronary angiography:

"dispnea da sforzo e senso di costrizione al giugulo"

I found jugular distension, but I am not sure.

La definizione di dolore toracico travalica ampiamente i suoi limiti letterali, includendo ogni forma di disagio (quindi anche sensazioni non dolorose in senso stretto) avvertita in un’area compresa tra la base del collo (il “giugulo”) e la base del torace. Dato che la base toracica corrisponde al limite inferiore degli archi costali, si include nell’area di pertinenza del dolore toracico anche la zona anteriore immediatamente sotto lo sterno, ossia l’epigastrio.
