Medical - Medical (general) / Onkologie
German term or phrase: Station
This is from the report of a radiologist to whom the patient has been sent for restaging. The source sentence is as follows:

Thorax
Zahlenmäßig vermehrte mediastinale Lymphknoten mit allenfalls geringer Größenzunahme bis 7 mm ( Station 5). Keine vergrößerten Lymphknoten hilär oder axillär.

The report has already talked about the various levels of the cervical lymph nodes, i.e. level I, II etc., so I don't think that's what is meant, but what is meant? I have no idea what "Station" could refer to here. (And I don't think "ward" is meant either.) The term is not used anywhere else.

Thanks for your help, as always!

Thank you to everybody for their input and particularly to Christopher for the explanation. It is so good to know that there are people out there whom I can ask when I'm really stuck. I do appreciate it!

Notes to answerer
Asker: I see! So the stations refer to the thoracic lymph nodes and the levels refer to the cervical lymph nodes as in https://radiologyassistant.nl/head-neck/cervical-node-mapping/cervical-node-map?! Thank you so much, I did not find this.
