Material protésico íntegro

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general) Spinal injury
Hi all,

I'm translating a medical report for Spanish (Spain) into English (UK) and am having issue with a phrase. The patient in question has had a fall and has suffered various injuries. The section with the phrase in question is from the observations about his various CT and CAT scans on his spine:

"TC columna dorsolumbar control 03/01/2023: Cambios postquirúrgicos con artrodesis de T10 a L2 con tornillos transpediculares y barras normo posicionados. Laminectomía de T10-T11. Material protésico íntegro. Leve anterolistesis de T10 sobre T11 (grado 1). Canal medular conservado identificándose alguna burbuja de gas milimétrica probablemente en el espacio epidural."

Could anyone help please? Thanks in advance!

undamaged prosthetic material I would prefer prosthetic material to hardware.
claudia bagnardi Jan 27, 2023:
Agree Undamaged

Yes, I agree with Phil and Neil. Neil, 'intact' is what I have normally seen for 'íntegro' in medical terms. Why not post the answer?
neilmac Jan 27, 2023:
Agree Although I ran a search for "prosthetic material intact" and "prosthetic material undamaged" and got no results for either option, I agree with phil. So the solution is likely something like that, or full/complete, as José suggests.
philgoddard Jan 27, 2023:
Integro is undamaged.

hardware intact/undamaged

Just another suggestion; "hardware" is more idiomatic in this context than the direct translation "prosthetic material"
