Discussion

Conor McAuley May 26, 2023:
You're right of course.
abe(L)solano May 12, 2023:
I'll say it's simply " recovery time" from the test: 8 secs.

recovery level

I think here ST refers to the ST interval on the ECG. Whilst the term could refer to the time taken to recover from the test (I think 8 secs is a bit short)! it could also refer to the ST time interval after recovery. It's difficult to be certain as there as no units. However 0.08 s = 80 ms which is a normal ST interval.

In electrocardiography, the ST segment connects the QRS complex and the T wave and has a duration of 0.005 to 0.150 sec (5 to 150 ms).

Recovery level 1 perhaps?

disagree Conor McAuley : It's 0:08, 8 seconds, Abel Solano agrees with this in his Discussion post, it's not 0.08

Interval recovery time

Seems to be about a fitness test again, perhaps on an elite athlete.

Again, please not that I don't usually do Medical (but I do know about elite-level sport and sports medicine basics).

Presumably the recovery time is the time the heart rate takes to return to a normal/resting/reference heart rate...but 8 seconds seems quick!
But maybe after an effort lasting 1:21 it's not.

FC = fréquence cardiaque = heart rate

I note that a sports science course is offered at your local university! (I just googled it.)
Peer comment(s):

neutral Sue Davis : sorry we overlapped. The query I would have is that if 0.08 refers to secs, that would be more likely to refer to the length of the interval itself. It's a bit difficult as there are no units and it is unclear what the 1 refers to: recovery level 1?

Effort duration: "Durée de charge 01:21" / "Charge maximale: 100 Watt(s)" (from text posted here). From the internet: "During a normal stage of the Tour de France, pro riders can pump out around 230-250 watts on average..."

your text says

so the "1" would imply "first"

cut off recovery

I think, after de cut off, when the values stop, is the value of the blood pressure,
If the blood pressure is too high it’s necessary a recovery (récupération)

Cut-off recovery, I think it’s well translated.
But it doesn’t refer to high pressure but to the threshold, the release phase.
You can also translate by cut-off threshold:
