Asker: I think you are right about it being an abbreviation for "corticosteroids". My only concern is that Trypizol doesn't seem to be described as a corticosteroid.

agree  Chema Nieto Castañón: Corticosteroids. La paciente tomaba corticoides por su cuenta para la migraña, habiendo dejado el tratamiento base con Triptizol. Se le recomienda suspender corticoides, reintroducir el triptizol diario y tomar el Almogram en caso de crisis migrañosa.
