You can't say 'with address at' - you could put something like 'domiciled in'. And 'stamp duty paper that is for notary documents only' sounds a bit awkward. How about 'official stamp-duty-paid paper'?

Transcribed and reproduced are arguably not a tautology as the latter may not be written out but copied and pasted, notably from a Register or book of legal precedents.
Also with practice address in or at Barcelona is prefectly acceptable. As we know from Brooke's Notary, the Notary's Bible uised by UK Notaries Public, and previous ProZ posts, a Notary's 'home residence' in Roman civl-law countries like France,. Italy and Spain routinely doubled as the latter's office-registered practic/se.
