10- STANDBY TIMES
10.1 SUBCONTRACTOR shall inform CONTRACTOR, at least fifteen (15) days, ahead of any foreseeable or anticipated standby situation for its manpower and/or equipment. CONTRACTOR shall pay for SUBCONTRACTOR, on grounds of adequate substantiation such as approved time sheets, project records, etc... for standby times using the unit rates and procedures in Attachments of this AGREEMENT, if all the following conditions are valid:.
