Espero que me puedan ayudar con estos términos de un contrato de compraventa de un buque. El contexto es el siguiente:
Buyer will be deemed to have accepted the Exclusion List if it accepts the Vessel. Listing Broker and Selling Broker shall be referred to herein as the “Brokers.”
Ya investigué qué hace cada uno, pero no sé cómo traducirlo.
