Aczkolwiek można się zastanawiać, co autor miał na myśli, gdy pisał, że \"kredyt kupiecki jest nieprzekraczalny\", bo tak wynika z rozbioru logicznego zdania. Ja się domyślam, że zdanie to powinno być sformułowane następująco: \"terminy płatności rat kredytu kupieckiego są nieprzekraczalne\", ale nie mam pewności. Na tak sformułowanej umowie najwięcej zarobią prawnicy ;-).
