Czech to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Stress test (ergometry)

In a Czech stress test (ergometrie) there is often use of acronym MAC:

"Ergometrie pozitivní, 220 Watt; 83% MAC, ukončeno pro bolest na hrudi."

I cannot find "MAC" in any online Czech sites. It could be a typo, but it appears many times in this report.

Would like to know both what the letters stand for in Czech and what meaning is in English

MAC devices are used in cardiology. So far, I have not found any method giving results in per cents.
MACE= Major Adverse Cardiac Event?
