laagdrempelige afgifte

FVA Not for points Dutch to English Other Environment & Ecology Waste
This is about companies licenced to remove and treat waste. It says that laagdrempelige afgifte van afval is mogelijk als meerdere bedrijven actief zijn biy de inzameling an be-/verwerking. I found it on the VROM website and seems to be a standard condition which nevertheless has me stumped!

Points I usually do ward points but to be honest, I have never been clear just how the points work and feel that I am awarding point without understanding why! As a result I put it off and then feel guilty if I ahve not awarded points. Sill I know but I was in a hurry to get this one off my desk! I shall make it my homework to read up on the site how the points work.

Any particular reason you chose to make this not for points and first validated answer? Neither of these options is likely to encourage potential answerers, and 'first validated answer' can deprive you of potentially useful suggestions.

It is about lowering the threshold for offering waste for disposal to these companies; a lower threshold makes them more competitive.
