Dutch term

ABM

Dutch to English Science Environment & Ecology Water Discharge & MSDS
Dear all,
I would be grateful if you could help me work out what the above abbreviation means in English. As far as the context suggests, "ABM" means Actief Bodembeheer Maas; and is relevant to the Water Discharge Policy promoted and adopted by the kingdom of Netherlands.

PS
The context is technical. Therefore, avoiding guesswork would be highly appreciated.
Thanking you all in anticipation!

General Assessment Methodology

(At Ali's request I am reposting my original answer, which I had hidden because I now believe it to be incorrect in this context. If ABM does mean "Actief Bodembeheer Maas", then Saskia's answer is correct).

agree Neil Cross : Confusingly, the acronym ABM can also mean "General Assessment Methodology" in connection with water discharge issues, but not in this case :-)
