Dutch term

corr.gegevens

Dutch to English Medical General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters BIG registratie
re: a registration (RIBIZ) in the BIG register. There are the usual: Name, title, address, etc but there is one that I am not sure of:
Corr.gegevens
Naam
Straat/huisnr.

Does Corr refer to correctie?

Thanks for any advice :-)

June Derlachter (asker) Jan 21, 2011:
Olly you are absolutely right, my mind was in too many places at once. I will remove that posting immediately. I just saw- oh look the same document! without considering the personal information. Thanks for commenting!
Oliver Pekelharing Jan 21, 2011:
Confidential I don't want to be a bore, but you might want to be more careful about posting such information. I think as a rule you should avoid posting names and addresses.
June Derlachter (asker) Jan 20, 2011:
Thank you all for your input! It is really unusual to find the exact document that you are translating already published online :-)
I should have realised that "Correspondence" would be the right word- so logical!
philgoddard Jan 20, 2011:
Wouldn't it be nice if EVERYONE posted the entire document they were translating? That's the best context it's possible to provide. I think it's "correspondence".
Kate Hudson (X) Jan 20, 2011:
I think you're on the right track with correspondentie
philgoddard Jan 20, 2011:
And what is the BIG register?
philgoddard Jan 20, 2011:
I would have said "correspondentie" but you seem to imply that they've already given their name and address. Is that the case? Could it be that one is the mailing address (eg a PO box) and the other is the address for visitors? Could you give us a bit more context?

mailing address

There can be a difference between a home address and a mailing address. Corr.gegevens means correspondentiegegegevens and the form asks for mailing information: name and address.
