Actually, you often hear the term 'quickie divorce', it's quite informal though so may not suit the tone of your text

The definition given by Van Dale is:
echtscheiding zonder tussenkomst van de rechter, mogelijk door het huwelijk om te laten zetten in een geregistreerd partnerschap dat men vervolgens ontbindt
So IMO in a jurisdiction where this is not possible, you probably don't have any option other than a paraphrase
Aside from that, 'quickie divorce' comes to mind, but that's not the same thing when it comes down to details (althoug the end effect is the same).
