The only translation I can find for 'diner' is 'dinner' but this does not seem to fit in the context.

Another option could also be "food". Seeing as they are referring to animal food. So it could mean a bad/contaminated batch of food.

The product is marketed for the French and German markets under the Dutch brand name DINER too.
I suspect (am certain) that the asker knew all of the options offered here (dinner, food, etc, because if a translator needs help translating such an easy word then the question is should such a person even be translating) but that was not the problem, the problem was that it made no sense to her.

I did a translation involving exactly this, involving millions, but as the buyer here in the Netherlands was earning lots of money, when it was ascertained that the contamination of a batch of milk powder from Poland had started in Polnd the Dutch buyer, in order to keep things pleasant and keep business running, let it go, and made a deal, thus not penalising the Polish firm, they did this as a token of their goodwill, even though it cost them money, they knew in the long-run it would cost them more if they went to town on the Polish firm, and instead, they made a deal to help the Polish firm update/modernise its processing, storage and packaging systems to ensure that the firm could meet the expected European standards.
However, t does not mean that in this case,
As diner is a specific trademarked product, a range!
At least one product in the range had to be recalled because it was contaiminated, this product from diner, not other products, therefore I think the selected response is incorrect.
I looked this all up when I offered my answer and found the items from the 'diner product range' outlining what had happened as regards contaiination.
How could a diner product have to be recalled if it were not a specific product?
Then it would be something like dierenvoeding producten teruggehaald, enzovoort, niet diner product.
So the 'zijn er andere producten afgezakt?' means 'teruggeroepen' like some dogdy car, that has the brakes fail, are there more in this range of diner (trademark) products called back because they were contaminated?
