Tough one indeed, and very difficult to translate literally. I'd take a more or less liberal approach with something like 'subscriber loyalty analysis'. I get only one google for it, but there are lots more for client loyalty analysis, for example. And client loyalty is, of course, a fairly basic concept in marketing.

agree Deborah do Carmo : I think this captures the concept well and it's clear to the reader what the content of the table is likely to be - @writeaway: ANALYSIS of subscriber loyality, thus it examines "to what extent" there has been stability, how many have switched loyalties.

To my mind, analysis of loyalty patterns would also indicate lack of loyalty, and thus the "movements of change" (pleonasm?) you refer to. But I appreciate your comment. Thank you!
agree Christopher Smith (X) : Inspired stuff, Jack! With regard to writeaway's comment: take your point, w, but loyalty is a relative concept. You can have more or less of it, so Jack's solution is perfectly valid.
