Other
Science (general)
This occurs in a product description of calcium carbonate 5 (= calciumcarbonaat van speciale kwaliteit: een zeer zuivere vorm van krijt). Following 'Chemical analysis' (pH, CaCO3, vochtgehalte, zware metalen, etc.) there is a list of 'Fysische eigenschappen':
HCL onoplosbaar
Dichtheid
Stortgewicht = 670 kg/m3
Stampstortgewicht = 1300 kg/m3
Zeefanalyse > 40µ
Gemiddelde deeltjesgrootte
Anyone know if 'compacted bulk density' might be the right term?

That should of course be \'weighing\' and loose and compacted bulk density.
The term \'Tamped bulk density\' can also be used in the context of chemical experiments
Where is either the measured apparent bulk density (ABD) or the compacted bulk density (CBD), sometimes referred to as Tamped or Total Bulk Density (TBD). See:http://www.refiningonline.com/EngelhardKB/crep/TCR1_6.htm
