Dutch term (edited): afschrijving (aka uitschrijving)

looks like they just mean "uitschrijving"

as in:

JurLex:

uitschrijving =
(uit register) deregistration

uitschrijven =
(uit register) to deregister

FELOnline:

uitschrijven uit een register =
-> deregister [an enterprise or legal entity]
delete [from a register]
-> remove [a name from a register]
cancel a register entry

I think you can change:

"Na afhandeling van je adreswijziging ontvang je een bewijs van afschrijving naar het buitenland (Model 8)."

into:

"Na afhandeling van je adreswijziging ontvang je een bewijs van uitschrijving naar het buitenland (Model 8)."

bewijs van uitschrijving = certificate of deregistration
