off-peak deliveries
There is a lot of discussion about how to save costs by doing business at off-peak hours. Some also call it "night-time delivery" or "off-hours", but "off peak deliveries" is more inclusive, since it can include very early morning, and early evening.
Example sentence:

Discussion
Thanks for your comment btw - henceforth, businesses it will be.
If it does mean early morning and evening, why not just say "early morning and evening deliveries"?
Also, I wouldn't say "enterprises" - the EU may use it in official documents, but if you use it in everyday language it will mark you out as a non-native speaker. It's "businesses".
