il s'agit de "ciappe" italiens (voir photo) qui peuvent être tartinés d'une garniture pour l'apéro. Je ne vois pas comment je peux traduire en français, simplement par toast? Il me faut un seul mot, c'est une liste de produits sur fichier Excel.
