我基本同意Li-Chuan的翻译。
品葡萄酒与品中国酒有很大的差别，所用的标准和描述语言都不同。所以国外的酒评译成中文比较困难，只能勉而为之。
"expressive bouquet" 是讲嗅觉上的美感。我们好象没有完全对应的表述方法。“浓郁”是个不错的选择，但"expressive bouquet" 不一定是浓郁的，更可能是清雅而引人遐思的那种香味。"expressive"一词的使用，大概是要表达酒香给人带来的感官享受能激发更深层的美感。
"balanced structure" 是酸、甜、苦、咸等味道的均衡。Li-chuan 译为“口感均衡而细腻”，我认为很好。
