".. Több településen lakó párttagok alkotnak egy helyi szervezetet abban az esetben, ha
ezen településekben lakó párttagok száma vagy a települések szerkezete indokolttá teszi,
hogy a helyi szervezet közigazgatási határai több települést foglaljanak magukba. (Ebben
az esetben a településeken mûködõ - a helyi szervezet belsõ tagoltságának megfelelõen -
alapszervezet(ek), pártcsoport(ok), pártmegbízott(ak) feladat- és hatáskörét, illetve
tevékenységének közigazgatási határait kell pontosan meghatározni.)"

A political party agent works for a party at constituency level, organising and supporting the work of local party members and activists and promoting the party and its local representatives.
Only the larger political parties employ full-time paid agents, whose typical work activities include:
recruiting, organising and motivating volunteers to assist in campaigns, publicity and fundraising;
overseeing media relations – handling enquiries from the media and informing them of forthcoming activities and events;
maintaining membership records, analysing the electoral roll, and dealing with other general administrative responsibilities;
organising election campaigns and ensuring that they comply with electoral law;
managing the local party’s finances and raising funds;
liaising between the local party and its MP/MEP.
Party agents must have detailed knowledge of electoral law and procedures, keen political sense and a genuine enthusiasm for the party in question.
Extensive experience, usually voluntary, with the appropriate party is necessary before becoming an agent.
