Am mai vazut asa ceva : ex o firma produce dulapuri cu o companie A si utilizeaza cuie produse de alta companieB , proprietatea aceleiasi firme, ca sa ia cuiele face un PO ( purchase order) de la A la B

Ceea ce înseamnă că aceste comisii sunt interne, respectiv pot fi constituite în cadrul unor filiale diferite, considerate ca centre de afaceri independente şi având, probabil, domenii diferite de activitate. Între acestea se pot încheia contracte. Probabil că se fac unele compensări financiare pt. serviciile oferite să poată fi evidenţiate în contabilitate.
