Der Eingriff erfolgt in Rückenlage. Asepsis mit Kodan forte; antibiotische Abschirmung mit Zinaceph 1.5 gr. iv. vorher im Stehen wurde im Bereich der unteren Hautumschlagsfalte *suprapubisch mit Smphysenlift* und eine vertikale Schnittführung nach kranial eingezeichnet. Prä-OP Foto und Aufklärung erfolgt.

Und ich bin auch geneigt zu glauben, dass hier gar nicht das "Aufrichten/Anheben" der Schambeinfuge (Symphyse) an sich (wie soll das auch präoperativ gehen...?) gemeint ist, sondern vielmehr das "Hochziehen/Glätten/Flachstreichen" des Haut- und Fettüberschusses im Bereich des Mons pubis, dies wiederum um die Linie für die abdominelle Schnittführung (mit dem üblichen Fettstift) einzeichnen zu können.

Der Autor des Quelltextes hat ja ohnehin eine (mindestens!) sehr individuelle Diktion - vgl. auch https://www.proz.com/kudoz/german-to-english/medical-general...
