Mexico. From an EDI document template. My guess is that "integrantes de coordinados" means members of something, but the "coordinados" bit has me stumped far.

as phil points out and as is relatively found with a search, in this sense coordinado is a persona moral, and a persona moral is for all intents and purposes an 'entity' as opposed to persona física which is a physical person, so it would seem these are physical humans related to or belonging to certain entities...
