Updated is probably OK but I think "reduced" is more appropriate.
Here are some references. I think it may be to do with giving a pension earlier than normal (thus for longer)therefore it has to be actuarilly reduced (taking into account risks, estimated life expectancy of the receiver of the pension etc.).
