there are (many) more dishes based on
'La huerta valenciana' (literally, market garden of Valencia) one of Spain's most fertile regions where many agricultural products, not just rice, are grown (eg oranges). So I think you need a phrase that is not a literal translation, more along the lines of 'dishes that make use of / are based on Valencia's rich soil/ fertile soil/ rich agriculture etc.
Example sentence:
Valancia is Spain's market garden, and the region's cuisine is based on its rich agricultural offerings.
The cuisine of Valencia makes full use of the region's agricultural produce
