The only reason I propose 'avenues' instead of 'channels' (from Mike's very good suggested translation) is that 'channels' has a connotation of an older (TV) technology.

The literal translation:

“It is now time to take advantage of the access to new technologies and channels of creation and dissemination as the Internet.”

Any sort of a literal translation here is just cringe-worthy, in my view. We just don’t express ourselves like this in English — especially when talking about the internet!
