Harpy Hawk (Circus cyaneus) / Harpy bat (East Indies only)
Spelling is a common variation form in LA - harpia = arpia. Since the regular "harpy" is the largest of all eagles, the "lleta" would most likely be the Circuc cyaneu, or harpy hawk.
There is also a harpy bat, but this is found only in the East Indes.
