I started my literary translation journy by translating short stories for magazines. Among these stories were works of Craig Morgan Teicher, Fernando Sorrentino, Dave Eggers, Mahmoud Darwish, Daniel Orozco, etc. Recently, I've been very much attracted to Modernist Fictions from Japon and started translating them for a very respectable magazine. I'm even thinking about compiling a book comprising such Japanese stories. I have also translated John Grisham's 2017 novel "Camino Island".
