Personally; I am polyglot. Internet and my brain have enough resources-sources. I am happy with NO creating/updating of glossaries (imho naturally). Anadolu'dan selamlar Saludos desde Anatolia

Ah, the fine arts of procrastination and displacement activities | Jan 20, 2011 |
Filing in my case, both physically and virtually, is at the bottom of my list of things that I am likely to get round to. Incidentally, this is how I discovered that ironing is not my most hated task - I have been known to iron rather than file!

Studying. I've mentioned in other polls that I'm studying for my university entrance exam for over 45s. I can't afford to put off studying or the time and money invested will all be for naught. As for all the other options, I see them at best as necessary evils that force me to spend more time than I'd like to in front of the computer.

..and filing/admin more generally. Pure tedium! When I have studying to do (I'm studying on and off with the Open University), I'll procrastinate wildly, but given the choice between writing an essay and doing my accounts, the essay wins every time.
Updating profile/website = marketing | Jan 20, 2011 |
I immediately clicked on "Updating..." since I have been meaning to update my website for more than a year now. But this is part of marketing, IMO, so the Marketing option fits even better, since it shows why postponing this is so bad. Matthias

Cleaning my office (especially the "physical" part windows, dust, floor mopping, etc.) Used to have a cleaner (and I figure I'll try to find a new one eventually) but even her coming was a hassle

Other - filing | Jan 21, 2011 |
And it's important, because I think more clearly when my desk is in order and there are no piles of papers around. I've been procrastinating with filing all my life - I can remember how the papers used to pile up in my first office job more than 50 years ago. It's the physical papers that drag me down. I'm pretty good about files on my computer, thank goodness!
