There was a recent post advertising a new CAT tool that was immediately taken down by a ProZ moderator. This by-subscription tool purportedly obtained several computer-translated versions of a phrase, then assigned points to the best one (their site does not explain how this is done). This would allow you to "get good quality provided by the best machine translation engines in the market" or something to that effect.
