各位好！
捷克有家公司现在要给我打款，19 EUR。我提供了招行的所有信息，但是对方说打不了，提示"invalid IBAN – cannot procceed"，说一定要有 IBAN，我解释了中国这边没有这种东西，还是没用。然后我又给了对方招行接收欧元的中间行信息，即Deutsche Bank AG, Frankfurt， SWIFT 是DEUTDEFF，问题是招行网站没给中间行的 IBAN， 我给他们打电话，客服说不知道IBAN，但是有它的账号： 951226010。可是，我在网上找到的IBAN都是这种格式：DE64 5007 0010 0951 2724 01。请问有谁知道招行中间行的IBAN的吗？
我有paypal，但是因为手续费问题，不想用。
大家有什么主意吗？

别听你客户的，IBAN是欧元区用的代码，国际转账是SWIFT。问你的银行要就是了，你说收国际汇款，请他们提供汇款路径就是了。

小金额肯定是PayPal合算啊，汇到银行扣5欧元或10欧元都有可能，我就遇到55欧元汇过来扣掉27欧元的情况，反正就是非常不合算。IBAN你是不可能有的，在中国根本就不存在，如果你坚持用银行转账，你还是要继续跟客户解释。

这类小公司不善于国际交易的事情很多，只能强调实际情况：中国不参与IBAN，但不影响国际转款。公司得跟自己的银行联系，银行总有人懂这事吧。连美国都不用IBAN，并不是每个国家都有。
你没有必要替他们做他们自己该做的财务工作，就提供你的银行信息就对了，跟中间银行无关。自己的姓名、账号、银行名称（和银行地址）、银行SWIFT、自己的地址，别的都不需要。

嗯，我也有考虑这个问题。反正这次金额不大，那我就用PP吧，也不提款了，想法子直接消费。下次金额大的话，我会坚持电汇。

那的确是他们财务该干的事。不过这次金额小，我就暂用PP。以后大笔金额，我会坚持电汇的，让他们自己找银行客服解决。

Think of it also as delivering the whole deal on customer service- it might be helpful for you to find out with your bank what a foreign payer would do if they want to send funds into your account. Once you have that information, put it into a PDF and have it ready and send it to your foreign customers. Don't sit around and let them deal with their own bank. Chances are if you just do that you might not always get paid on time.
On the other hand you providing all this information will showcase your commitment to delivering excellent service. But it's primarily going to save you a lot of questions and back and forth via emails

我最近也发现用 PayPal 接收较大数额的翻译费比较吃亏。不过，小额的费用还是很方便的。
