E-mails not coming through

My proz hosted e-mail account doesn't seem to be working properly. When it tries to download e-mails I get this error message:

"
Task 'Rachel FT - Receiving' reported error (0x8004210A) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a response from the receiving (POP) server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

Is there any particular reason for this? Thanks!
