my proz hosted services are off

Hi all,
since today I can't send/receive emails of my proz-hosted addresses (using OE), nor can I acces to my control panel (says page doesn't exist). My site is unavailable too.
I already posted a support ticket, but I'm afraid I won't have any answer before a certain hour due to time zones.
Can anyone help me to read my emails???

....but I couldn't access Proz at all up until 2 mins ago.
It seems back to normal now:)

Somewhere at 10 GMT, and then at 16.00 GMT, I could not access the ProZ-page for an hour or so, each time.

I am eager to know, what could have been the matter there?
