how to quote a translation job?

if someone is not a proz member, when he or she wants to qoute for a translation job, does he or she have to put some money into wallet? how much must pay each time?

Yes, if someone who is not a member wants to submit a quote on a job posting he/she will be asked to make a payment of 1 USD from his or her wallet.

Yes, if someone who is not a member wants to submit a quote on a job posting he/she will be asked to make a payment of 1 USD from his or her wallet.

You can make a wallet deposit here, (or clicking on "Add Money to your Wallet" in your wallet page). Then, click on the amount you would like to deposit ($20 USD, $30 USD or $60 USD) and you will arrive at the purchase wizard. Enter your billing information and select a payment method for your deposit.
