I need confirmation from Proz site staff on membership

Hi,

I renewed my membership on Proz until March 2023 today. I received a text from my bank afterwards, which said that the membership fee was paid to Proz C. Can you please confirm that my membership is valid on Proz until March 2023, not on other companies or agencies? Look forward to your reply.

you will see the following:

Professional (PLUS package) (benefits)
Renewal method:
Automatic Cancel auto-renewal
Next payment:
XXXX: $XXX.XX USD (includes any applicable taxes)
Payment method:
XXXX Edit payment method
Last payment:
XXXX: $XXX.XX USD (settled) Payment history

is likely to be "Proz.com".
Anyway, only you can know what you did when you renewed your membership.

There's no need for a support ticket. All the invoices are in payment history...
