Yes if Trados version is 6.5 or later

Yes if Trados version is 6.5 or later. This is a TagEditor file in Trados. If you have only Trados 6.5 or older, use the TTXconvert.dot utility to change to *.doc format and translate in Word interface. TTXconvert.dot utility can be searched and download free of charge.

Be carefull about versions

Ask the agency for the tool version, which generated the ttx and what was the source format.
If the source was Word or InDesign it will not work for the agency, as the text you translate will be damaged for them.
