you can simply select all the fields in the xls file, and paste them into the Word or other Text Editor, as a chart, under Paste-Special: as RTF, or as HTML. Even just with "Paste" you'll obtain theeffect of RTF. Later on, selecting the horizontal page position is often necessary, to widen the vision of all the chart.
then you can opt to hide division lines in the chart.

Thank you Dragomir Kovacevic,
However, this solution is not suitable as format changes and it takes a lot of time editing it more than creating it from scratch. I wish I get something exactly the same like source.

Word has an in-built converter. Just open the XLS file via Word's File|Open menu.

Thank you Mulyadi. I deal with sheets with multi tables (financial annual reports) so I loose format.

in case "multi-tables" in your explanation mean embedded smaller xls fields into a larger sheet, then I can't suggest you a solution, besides trying to use a CAT tool that can elaborate spreadsheets, without dependance of the MS Office. I.e. an opensource CAT like OmegaT, that elaborates Opendocument type of spreadsheet, so you should convert xls to its open format (ods calc). You should install Openoffice, in order to do it, and Sun Java plugins for your OS.

another safe method is to convert xls into HTML direcly in Ms Excell if you have it. In the html file you'll see all your sheets, one after another.
third, I don't agree with your comment about being afraid of losing formating in case of copy-pasting of XLS into Ms Word. (in case there aren't any of embedded multi fields, just plain sheets). xls sheets are always full of space-dots between words, for example. those spaces are easily cancelled in a word table, but not so easily in a xls. also, in a table you can create paragraphs out of the text, and in xls the concept of a paragraph, doesn't exist.
